Grand procession of la Madonna through the streets of the North End accompanied by Marching bands and floats.

The Famous Flight of the Angel. As the statue of the Madonna returns to North street for the finale of the day long procession she is greeted by a crowd of enthusiastic spectators, each waiting for the opportunity to witness the Famous Flight of the Angel.
Yankee Magazine calls it "truly one of Boston’s greatest treasures" and National Geographic say’s “It’s a spectacle NOT to be missed!’" As the angel ceremony is completed the spectators below are covered by a snowfall of confetti paper from the rooftops. This years Flying Angel is Victoria Carregal, with side angels Mia Graffeo and Gianna Puccio
